naz poetry spot
seen the cover of your soul...
a novel body
if i left you on the bookshelf
judging only by your covers
i would have missed the unique passages that defines you
Foreword:
lines reads as sweet fore play
teased me to continue
turned the pages
first letter a pledge we would be inseparable lovers
start i want to know the contents of your heart
First Chapter:
introduction to your body and sweet character
seeing a life once dreamed
i seat quietly want to turn the pages
carefully so you wont tear
i could not bear to skip a word
want to take a trip through your paragraphs
fed my passions
led me to see visions fresh as virgin eyes
read the way your fingernails dug into my flesh
though it bleed
i knew if i turned the page you would nurse it
i want to be part of your every verse
thirst more and more to turn the pages
enter your stage, every chapter plays a part
read your essence, every punctuation felt your presence
as the words melt into my heart
i reached the climax
feeling the edge i came close to seeing your final chapter
from the start in my heart it was written
an end would come but as i turned the last page
i want to flip to start
and read again
First Chapter:
to renew my pledge
i want to fill all the empty spaces between your pages
penetrate your folds
as my grip holds strong to your covers
bookmark your desires
asking God to make you "My Bible"
i want to share your story
i want to be loved and read you wished the same
let me fill the empty spaces within your pages
Afterword:
after all that we have shared... i pledge again
i still feel you
turn back the pages start at one
i read again
